Dundee Precious Metals Inc. (“Dundee”) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of conduct while pursuing the goals which are critical to our success. To this end, we have established a Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the “Code”) which sets out the principles of conduct and ethics to be followed by all of our employees, officers and directors as well as third parties working for and on behalf of Dundee.

We encourage and, also, request our employees to report any unethical behaviour which they become aware of. Details of the reportable violations, reporting channels and report handling process can be found in the Code and, also, in our Speak Up Standard.

We are committed to provide protection from any form of retaliation, which could include, but is not limited to demotion, transfer, termination, or threat or harm.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." This will ensure your anonymity throughout the process. Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 7 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
