The College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University are committed to conducting its affairs in full compliance with the law and its own policies and procedures. Such adherence strengthens and promotes ethical and fair practices and treatment of all members of the campus communities in addition to those who we conduct business with.
While we have internal controls and procedures that we hope will discourage and prevent improper conduct, there is an easy and confidential way for members to bring instances of suspected improper conduct to the attention of someone who can be counted upon to investigate the problem promptly and fairly, without fear of retaliation. Our Compliance Hotline is managed externally by EthicsPoint ensuring confidentiality and access by telephone or web at all times.
The following telephone numbers or web-link may be used to report any improper conduct.
Every call to these telephone numbers are kept completely confidential. No information likely to reveal your identity will be shared with anyone else without your permission. Callers will be completely protected from retaliation for having made good faith reports.
If you are aware of any conduct – act or omission – which you think violates the law, campus policies, rules or regulations, we urge you to report them to your supervisor or teacher, Department Head, Dean, Vice President; or use the hotline. We owe it to ourselves to make the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University the best places they can be.
