University of Utah Commitment
The University of Utah is committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct. As part of this commitment, the University has selected a private contractor, EthicsPoint, to provide an independent avenue for confidential reporting of suspected issues.
Reports submitted to EthicsPoint will be forwarded to the proper university officials for investigation and appropriate action. Persons making reports are not required to provide their names. No faculty, staff member (including University Health employees), or student may be subjected to reprisal or retaliation for making a report or inquiry in good faith or for seeking guidance on dealing with potential or suspected improper behavior.
This hotline service does not replace or supersede existing reporting methods. The University encourages employees and students to bring concerns to their supervisor, Human Resources, or other campus entities as appropriate.
