ETHICAL STANDARDS

Cushman & Wakefield’s foremost standard of conduct is integrity. Personal and professional ethics are critical in meeting this standard. Dealings with other employees, clients, tenants, contractors and vendors must be based on honesty and fairness. Cushman & Wakefield is committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards. Our relationship with our employees must always be built on a foundation of trust and integrity. Our Ethics Help Line enables employees to confidentially report possible illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Cushman & Wakefield has retained and is working with “EthicsPoint,” a third party administrator of telephone and web-based help line services, to operate the Cushman & Wakefield Ethics Help Line. Using an external provider ensures confidentiality to anyone filing a report and anonymity to those who choose to remain anonymous (phone calls are not recorded). Your web-based report will be initially routed to “EthicsPoint.” It will then be promptly forwarded to the appropriate management personnel at Cushman & Wakefield for review and investigation. ”EthicsPoint” staff are based in the United States of America and any information provided by phone or on-line will be stored there.

TO MAKE A REPORT

There are two ways to report concerns:

By calling a toll free number you will be in contact with a trained “EthicsPoint” Help Line Representative in the United States of America whose sole responsibility is to document your concerns and issues, as well as answer any questions you may have regarding the filing of this report.
or
You can file directly on-line via the web using the menu driven application to the left.

Once your report is submitted, either by phone, or on-line, you will be assigned a unique “report key” and password to enable follow-up or questions. Both the web site and phone options are available 24 hours a day. This is part of our ongoing commitment to professional values and integrity and is not intended to replace reporting procedures and processes already in place. Cushman & Wakefield takes all reports made seriously, please make sure your report is as accurate and truthful as possible. There will be no action taken against anyone because in good faith he or she reports an ethics concern.
