Our Commitment

At Cincinnati Bell, our goal is to demonstrate the highest level of ethics and integrity in everything we do. All members of the Cincinnati Bell team are expected to act honestly in all dealings, comply with all laws and regulations governing our business, and maintain an ethical work environment. It is the responsibility of Cincinnati Bell employees to report, in good faith, any activity which may be a violation of any applicable law, regulation, or the Cincinnati Bell Code of Conduct.

The Cincinnati Bell Ethics & Compliance Hotline is a convenient and confidential way for you to report potential ethics and compliance issues. It is hosted by an independent third party, EthicsPoint, to maintain confidentiality and anonymity.

Your report will be initially processed by EthicsPoint and then routed to appropriate senior management for review and investigation. All reports will be kept confidential. The reporter's identity will not be disclosed to management or individuals named in the report. There will be no action taken against anyone who, in good faith, reports an ethics or compliance concern.

Before utilizing the Cincinnati Bell Ethics & Compliance Hotline, we encourage you to consider whether you can approach someone within your normal reporting structure to address your concern. If you do not feel comfortable approaching someone within the company, or you do not know to whom you should address an issue, then you should consider submitting a report through the hotline.




To File a Report

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report: This process is not intended to replace or supersede normal managerial and Human Resources communication channels.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

Please note for HR matters: Cincinnati Bell prefers that human resources issues be handled at the local level as much as possible. Employees are encouraged to speak with someone in their local management or Human Resources staff to try to resolve their issues before filing a report with EthicsPoint. If the issue has not been addressed after a reasonable amount of time, then employees may wish to consider making a report through EthicsPoint.
