Do not intentionally include false or misleading information in your report. Unless required by law (cases of criminal conduct, money laundering, etc.), GFNorte reserves the right to act or not act, and the actions taken over any information reported. Additionally, neither GFNorte nor EthicsPoint are required to disclose any actions taken pursuant to any information reported.

EthicsPoint is a professional corporation dedicated to managing confidential and anonymous reporting solutions, and it is committed to protect your anonymity. They have a system that utilizes one of the most advanced encryption technology to protect the information received through its system. To ensure that, EthicsPoint requires all of its clients (GFNorte is one of them), to sign an agreement to treat reports confidentially. You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
