Welcome to Stryker’s Ethics Hotline

Our commitment

At Stryker, we have long been committed to conducting our affairs in compliance with all applicable laws and in accordance with the highest ethical standards.

Our Code of Conduct sets out the key policies and procedures that govern our conduct as Stryker employees. The Ethics Hotline provides you with a way of anonymously reporting suspected misconduct or other concerns to the Company.

Each of us at Stryker makes choices every day that contribute to the character of the Company. By making ethical decisions, we deal fairly with our customers, our suppliers, our shareholders and with each other.

As we look to the future, we each need to make the personal commitment to continue to act honorably, with unquestionable integrity, and in full compliance with the ethical and legal standards set out in our Code of Conduct. It is clearly the right thing to do.

When you submit the report, you will be issued a Report Key. Please write it down and keep it in a safe place. We ask you to use this Report Key along with the password of your choosing to return to the website or telephone hotline in 3-4 business days. By returning in 3-4 business days, you will have the opportunity to review any Follow-up Questions or submit more information about this incident.

If your report key or password is lost, please file a new report and reference within this report that it relates to another previously submitted.
