After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

Our Commitment

Vi has an open-door policy that encourages employees to raise any issues or concerns that they may have to the attention of management. If you have concerns, you should contact your immediate supervisor, his/her manager, your human resources representative, or any manager who can help resolve the matter. If you need further assistance, then you may contact the Vice President of Human Resources at the corporate office.

Vi has partnered with EthicsPoint to give employees another way to express an issue or concern. Where the traditional routes of reporting have proven unsatisfactory or if you are not comfortable approaching your supervisor or others with the issue, you may file a report at this site. You may also call the toll-free number 1-888-216-3184 to report a concern. The information that you report through EthicsPoint is totally confidential and anonymous unless you elect otherwise.

Your report will be promptly forwarded by EthicsPoint to the appropriate manager at Vi for review and investigation with the objective of resolving the situation promptly. Vi will not tolerate threats or acts of retaliation against anyone for making a report in good faith.
