However, if you do not, the Firm has chosen EthicsPoint to provide an anonymous and confidential venue to hear your suggestions or concerns and allow you the opportunity to report any misconduct. This reporting hotline does not replace our internal reporting policies, it simply provides another avenue of disclosure. The information that you provide via EthicsPoint will be sent to Firm management on a totally confidential and anonymous basis. EthicsPoint has gone to great lengths to ensure that reports entered in the system are completely confidential and are protected with the latest encryption technology. EthicsPoint does not track or capture screen names or computer addresses (no cookies) to further protect the reporter’s identity.

The Firm's integrity depends on the protection of our critical assets, including our people, our property, and our information. We believe that our communication, internal controls, and processes must constantly adapt to the changing needs and objectives of the Firm as well as to the changing marketplace. To Make a Report

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

• Call 888-259-8576 (toll free in the US and Canada),
• or

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
