If you have an ethical or legal concern about the actions of any Polaris employee, or anyone representing Polaris, we want to know about it. Polaris prohibits retaliation against anyone who makes a report in good faith or cooperates in a company investigation.

Polaris has retained EthicsPoint to make it easy for you to report your concerns. EthicsPoint is an independent, third-party where you can report your concerns by toll-free phone line, 24 hours a day, or online. You can remain anonymous. You can also continue to report your concerns internally as described in the link Other Reporting Options below.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
