To Make a Report
After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
You may also file a report in person on campus. Please call Lori Brown, Chief Equity, Diversity & Compliance Officer at (973) 313-6132 or lori.brown@shu.edu for more information.
Our Commitment
Seton Hall University ensures that reports submitted via EthicsPoint will be handled promptly and confidentially.
Non-Retaliation Policy
No retaliatory action will be taken against anyone for reporting or inquiring in good faith about potential breaches or violations of Seton Hall University's policies or for seeking guidance on how to handle suspected violations of University policies.
What is EthicsPoint?
EthicsPoint is a Web-based external reporting service which provides faculty members, students, staff, and administrators with another venue (in addition to the Office of EEO & Title IX Compliance) for anonymous and confidential reporting of issues and concerns associated with possible unethical conduct, violation of University policies and/or illegal activities.
Who is it for?
EthicsPoint is for all Seton Hall faculty members, students, staff, and administrators, to report incidents that are critical to effective governance. Furthermore, it establishes an external reporting mechanism for University complaints of possible unethical and/or illegal activities and potential violations of University policies.
