The Utah System of Higher Education (“USHE”) is committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct. As part of this commitment, USHE works through a private contractor, NAVEX, to provide an independent avenue, Ethics Point, for confidential reporting of suspected ethical concerns.
Reports submitted to EthicsPoint will be forwarded to the proper officials for investigation and appropriate action. Persons making reports are not required to provide their names. No employee may be subjected to reprisal or retaliation for making a report or inquiry in good faith or seeking guidance on dealing with perceived legal or ethical violations.
Reports for USHE technical colleges and USHE Administration can be made through this portal.
The information you provide will be sent to the college and/or USHE Administration on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you choose. You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.
See the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.
This hotline service does not replace or supersede existing reporting methods.
USHE encourages employees to bring concerns to their supervisor, Human Resources, or other office entities as appropriate.
You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:
After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
