Our Commitment
The Management, Board of Trustees and Audit Committee of the College Board are committed to ensuring our integrity, enhancing our processes and supporting and protecting our employees and the critical assets necessary to pursue our important mission. That is why we implemented an Ethics and Compliance Reporting System, hosted by an independent third-party company - EthicsPoint - to provide us with an anonymous and confidential means of learning about any conduct, practices or performance of our organization or employees which you may have encountered and believe to be illegal or otherwise unethical. Use of the EthicsPoint system ensures that your concerns will be heard.
When to Use the Ethics and Compliance Reporting System
The Ethics and Compliance Reporting System is for use by all employees, as well as members, students and their families, business partners and the general public. The Ethics and Compliance Reporting System is not intended to replace or supersede normal managerial and Human Resources communication channels. Before filing a report with EthicsPoint, we strongly encourage you to consider whether you can raise your concern directly with someone at the College Board. Employees are responsible for alerting management of suspected illegal, unethical, or otherwise fraudulent conduct and should report these or other questionable activities to their supervisor and/or the Human Resources and Legal Departments. Likewise, non-employees generally have available to them a variety of direct points of contact within the College Board through whom they should be able to quickly address and resolve any such concerns should they arise. We have established the Ethics and Compliance Reporting System for your use if you know of such problems and have been unable to resolve them with management, or if you strongly believe that management will be unresponsive or retaliate against you for making such a report.
