In Alba, we believe in upholding the highest standards of ethical and professional behaviour in everything we do. We expect our employees to highlight instances where they suspect that Alba’s Code of Conduct is being breached. This can be done by informing their line manager, business unit manager, or a member of either the Integrity Task Force or Internal Audit.
If you ever feel uncomfortable speaking to one of these resources directly, Alba has also implemented an Integrity Line through which members of Alba staff, contractors and commercial partners can report in confidence any breaches of Alba’s Code of Conduct, such as financial irregularities, frauds and other matters that could potentially prove damaging to the company. It is operated by EthicsPoint, an independent company that helps businesses in responding to concerns about compliance and ethics.
This system is designed to complement existing reporting structures and should not be used for personal grievances.
The Integrity Line is designed to operate on the basis of confidentiality. Alba staff should feel free to raise concerns in good faith without fear of losing their job or suffering any form of retribution as a result. Provided that Alba employees are acting in good faith, it does not matter if, ultimately, the concern is unfounded. This assurance is not extended to someone who maliciously raises a matter they know is untrue. Employees or managers who harass, or seek to retaliate against those that have raised concerns in good faith will be subject to disciplinary action.

You can support your report with documentary evidences and references, which can be attached to your report on this site itself.
