To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

You may choose to file a report anonymously on this site. Alternatively, you can report your concerns to your manager or another supervisor, your local Human Resources Department, the Acushnet Company Corporate Compliance Committee, Acushnet Company's Human Resources and Legal Departments, or by calling our compliance helpline at 1-855-219-7326 in the United States and Canada or the corresponding telephone number displayed on the right side of this page when you identify the country in which you reside. Concerns relating to accounting, financial reporting or auditing matters will be referred to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.

Any employee who, in good faith, seeks advice, raises a concern or alleges misconduct will not be retaliated against for speaking up. However, if you make a false report or file a complaint in bad faith, you may be subject to discipline. All reports, by any persons, are taken seriously and responded to according to our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
