Whistleblower Statement

Beam Suntory’s culture is one of integrity and accountability. Beam Suntory employees have the right and the responsibility to take an active role in detecting and preventing misconduct.

Information from employees will be kept confidential to the extent possible and in compliance with applicable personal privacy laws, while still allowing appropriate investigation by Beam Suntory. Wherever permitted by law, reports will be handled anonymously. In certain jurisdictions, when you make a report, Beam Suntory may be required to collect and maintain information about you.

Beam Suntory only will retain information received through the Global Reporting Hotline as long as needed to conduct our investigation and in connection with any related legal proceedings.
