Suntory Global Spirits’s culture is one of integrity and accountability. Suntory Global Spirits employees have the right and the responsibility to take an active role in detecting and preventing misconduct.
Information from employees will be kept confidential to the extent possible and in compliance with applicable personal privacy laws, while still allowing appropriate investigation by Suntory Global Spirits. Wherever permitted by law, reports will be handled anonymously. In certain jurisdictions, when you make a report, Suntory Global Spirits may be required to collect and maintain information about you.
Suntory Global Spirits only will retain information received through the Global Reporting Hotline as long as needed to conduct our investigation and in connection with any related legal proceedings.

What is EthicsPoint?
EthicsPoint is a confidential service administered by an independent company, NAVEX, that you can use to report issues related to illegal, unethical, or unsafe conduct, or any behavior that is contrary to Suntory Global Spirits’s Code of Conduct and Ethics, policies or values. You don’t have to be a Suntory Global Spirits employee to report an issue relating to the company.
The service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and can accommodate calls in more than 75 languages. Please be aware that for less widely spoken languages, there may be a delay while you wait for an interpreter, or they may have to call you back.
Who else can I speak to?
We encourage speaking up about any potential issues related to illegal, unethical, or unsafe conduct, or any behavior that is contrary to Suntory Global Spirits’s Code of Conduct and Ethics, policies or values using the channel you are most comfortable with. You can raise a concern by contacting your manager, Human Resources Business Partner, or local Legal & Compliance representative, or by emailing Global Compliance at global.compliance@beamsuntory.com.
Is it possible to report anonymously?
We hope that you feel able to tell us who you are. However, if not, you can share your concerns anonymously (where allowed by applicable local laws). Please note that it may be more difficult, and in some circumstances even impossible, for us to investigate reports and act on information provided anonymously. Identifying yourself can help with investigation, follow-up, and feedback procedures.
In countries where there are restrictions on reporting anonymously, this will be made clear when you call the Reporting Hotline or begin your online report.
Will my report remain confidential?
The information you reported will be handled carefully and kept confidential to the extent possible, and in compliance with the applicable personal privacy laws, while still allowing for appropriate inquiry by the company. We take great care to ensure that the sources of information are not revealed, and Suntory Global Spirits strictly forbids any form of retaliatory action or disadvantageous treatment against an employee who, in good faith, reports a suspected violation of the Code of Conduct and Ethics.
Suntory Global Spirits uses NAVEX's EthicsPoint case management application to support the reporting and investigation process. EthicsPoint is hosted on NAVEX secure servers and is not part of Suntory Global Spirits’s website or intranet. NAVEX do not trace phone calls or use functionality such as caller identification, nor do they log your IP address if you report online.
How does it work?
Your report on this website or through the Reporting Hotline will be routed through NAVEX's EthicsPoint reporting tool and immediately reported to Suntory Global Spirits’s limited personnel in charge of compliance. Suntory Global Spirits will then investigate all reports promptly and take appropriate measures in cooperation with relevant company and department as needed.
What happens after I make a report?
Once you submit your concern via this website or the Reporting Hotline, you will receive a report key and password which can be used to follow up on your submission. You can use this to track the progress of your issue, add further information, and answer any questions the investigator may have. If you lose your unique reference number or password, you will have to file a new report, and state it is related to your previous report.
