At Williams, we're committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable to approach your supervisor or leader when you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.

Doing business the right way is up to each of us, so if you have a concern about safety, ethics, or business conduct, or simply have a question about policies and procedures, talk with your next levels of management, your HR business partner, or the Williams Business Ethics Resource Center at 918-573-3284. You are also welcome to call the Action Line (hosted by EthicsPoint) at 1-800-324-3606 or make an online report here. A third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint, will take your information. You can choose to remain anonymous if you like.

EthicsPoint will provide your information to us on a totally confidential and anonymous basis if you choose. Williams takes all reports of violations very seriously, so your comments will be heard. In addition, Williams has a strong policy against retaliation directed at any employee who reports a concern in good faith.

To Make a Report

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

  • Dial toll-free, within the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico and Canada: 800-324-3606

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
