Shine Bright—Do What’s Right
At FIS, ethical business practices and behaviors are a top priority. They are at the core of everything we do and woven into our daily operations. The decisions colleagues make each day impact our core values – Lead with Integrity, Win as One Team and Be the Change.
Each of us will face tough decisions and ethical dilemmas during our careers.
- Lead with Integrity - The Company expects all colleagues at every level of the organization to act in accordance with the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the “Code”), company policies, applicable laws, and regulations in all jurisdictions FIS operates.
- Win as One Team - While achieving great results is important, it is crucial that all of us focus on how we achieve them. The Code applies to all colleagues, at every level of the organization.
- Be the Change - If you are unsure of what to do in particular circumstances or are concerned that the Code, company policies, applicable laws, or regulations are being violated, you have a responsibility to Speak Up. You may contact the FIS Ethics Office (fisethicsoffice@fisglobal.com) or report your concerns to the Ethics Helpline, which is available to all colleagues, those doing business with FIS, the general public, and other third parties.
Shine Bright—Do What’s Right - We value your input and want to hear from you because we can only address issues that are brought to our attention. That is why we have selected EthicsPoint to provide us with an Ethics Helpline where you can report your concerns or suspicions of misconduct confidentially and anonymously, if you wish to remain anonymous. FIS has a zero tolerance for retaliation.
We appreciate your support of FIS’ commitment to uphold an ethical and compliant workplace.
