To Make a Report

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

• or
• By Telephone
  Within the US and Canada:
  From an outside line dial 866-294-5534

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

The Audit and Environment Committee, Board and management at Maritime Electric value each employee’s input and EthicsPoint has been selected to provide employees with an anonymous and confidential method to report a suspected violation of the organization’s Business Ethics Policy.

The information you provide will be forwarded to Maritime Electric by EthicsPoint on a confidential and anonymous basis. Maritime Electric will exercise all reasonable efforts to maintain and protect your confidentiality to the extent permissible by law and feasible to permit a proper investigation. Maritime Electric will not take or allow any reprisal against an employee for reporting, in good faith, a suspected violation of ethical conduct. Finally, Maritime Electric will investigate your report in a reasonable and timely fashion.
