This commitment is evidenced in our dedication to the ARAG Essentials and extends to every team member, regardless of function, level or tenure. Any team member wishing to report a concern regarding accounting practices, internal and/or external auditing processes and controls, or unethical and/or inappropriate conduct is encouraged to follow processes and procedures that are outlined in relevant corporate policies. It is the expectation and obligation that every team member understand and agree to comply with the ethical standards outlined in our Ethics Policy.

In the event the ethics of an individual or group of individuals is called into question, the policy provides the Essentials against which the behavior can be measured as well as outlines the protocol for appropriate address and resolution of any shortcomings.

To provide an additional means to raise issues related to accounting practices, internal and external auditing processes and controls, or unethical and/or inappropriate conduct, ARAG has established the ethics hotline, administered by EthicsPoint, a neutral third party, where concerns can be reported in a confidential and anonymous fashion.

ARAG takes ethical conduct very seriously, and we guarantee that any reports filed will be fully investigated and appropriate action taken. The information provided to the EthicsPoint investigator will be submitted to the ARAG Ethics committee on a totally confidential and anonymous basis unless you elect otherwise. ARAG will not tolerate retaliation of any kind to occur as a result of your filing a good faith complaint or report of illegal or unethical conduct with us.

To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
