About the Integrity Helpline
TechnipFMC’s Integrity Helpline is a convenient and confidential way for employees, contractors, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to seek assistance and report potential violations regarding ethics and compliance matters. It is hosted by a third party, NAVEX, to maintain confidentiality and anonymity when requested.
If you know of, see, or suspect conduct that is illegal, unethical, or otherwise violates our Code of Business Conduct or other policies and procedures, it is your right and obligation to report it to TechnipFMC.
We encourage employees and others to raise questions and concerns to ensure that we are leading by example. We are courageous and speak up about conduct that could violate our Code of Business Conduct or harm the health, sustainability, or reputation of our Company, our employees, or our shareholders. TechnipFMC treats all reports of suspected violations of our Code of Business Conduct seriously and confidentially. We will quickly investigate all reports and take necessary action, including disciplinary action when appropriate. If you have any questions about the Integrity Helpline or investigation process, see TechnipFMC's FAQ.
Non-Retaliation & Confidentiality
Retaliation against anyone who makes a good faith report of possible violations of our Code of Business Conduct or policies, or cooperates with an investigation, is strictly prohibited. We consider acts of retaliation to be misconduct. Our commitment to such is stated in the first part of our Code of Business Conduct. We seek to provide a safe, healthy, and productive workplace for our employees and business partners who assist us in our business operations.
