To make a report

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key."

Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After five to six business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

Additionally, you may report your concern using Huron’s third-party managed help line, EthicsPoint, where you can report online or by phone. With EthicsPoint, you can choose to remain anonymous. The information you provide will be sent to Huron for evaluation.

Regardless of which reporting method you choose, reported concerns are confidential and thoroughly and timely investigated.
