Our Commitment

We rely on each other to do the right thing. If you become aware of actions that are in violation of the Code, or are of a questionable or illegal nature , you are obligated to report the matter immediately.

Sands has a strict non-retaliation policy. You will be protected from retaliation in any form for any reports of suspected misconduct that are made in good faith.

Making a report

EthicsPoint is a confidential hotline hosted by an independent third party. Sands is committed to maintaining that confidentiality. Further, EthicsPoint allows for anonymous reporting, if you feel that is necessary.

You can make a report by using the QR code, the web tool, or a telephone line. After completing your report, you will be assigned a "report key." Please keep that report key and your password safe and use them to check back with EthicsPoint for feedback or questions.
