St. Charles Health System is committed to upholding our values of accountability, caring and teamwork. Our dedicated caregivers strive to do the right thing and maintain high standards of conduct while providing high quality health care to the Central Oregon community. Our Code of Conduct provides a clear understanding of expected ethical behavior.
We have selected EthicsPoint, an outside vendor, to provide a simple method to report anonymously, and confidentially, issues and concerns associated with potential unethical or illegal activities at St. Charles Health System. An EthicsPoint report may be filed on the website or by calling 1-888-373-8881. If you file a report, you will remain anonymous, and your report will remain confidential unless you choose otherwise. St. Charles Health System policy and federal law prohibits retaliation against any individual who reports a valid concern.
The success and integrity of our organization depends upon providing our services in an ethical manner. We appreciate your support and cooperation in reporting any ethical concerns that you may have. Please know that by doing so, you are doing the right thing for the protection of our patients, caregivers, and community.

This process is not intended to replace or supersede normal managerial and Human Resource communication channels as outlined in the Open Door Policy.
Upon submitting your EthicsPoint report, you will be assigned a unique code called a “report key”. Make sure to retain your report key and password in order to follow-up on your report. To access your report, select “Follow Up on a Report”. Occasionally, the user assigned to investigate your report may have questions or need additional information in order to conduct a thorough investigation. If you chose to report anonymously, they will post questions to you within the EthicsPoint report. We recommend checking back periodically to prevent any delays in the investigation.
