Are you troubled by potentially illegal, fraudulent or unethical activities or serious wrongdoing by a coworker?

Various options are available to you to address this:

  1. Talk directly to the person concerned
  2. Discuss the issue with your supervisor, management or your Human Resources representative
  3. Identify the issue to our President or to the VP HR by emailing "Ask Paul" or "Ask HR"

If you have exhausted these options, and/or you are uncomfortable discussing this issue with the person concerned or with management or your Human Resources representative, then you may file a report via the FT Services Safe Disclosure Hotline by dialing 1-888-373-8870, or online. The Hotline is staffed 24/7 by an external provider, EthicsPoint.

This service is confidential. You can remain anonymous or provide your name and contact information to facilitate follow-up.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key". Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days you can use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
