The Rezidor Hotel Group is committed to maintaining a high standard of business ethics, honesty and integrity in line with its Responsible Business programme encompassing social, ethical and environmental responsibility. The Code of Ethics and Business Conduct – “the Code” - contains rules and guidelines for our business conduct and responsibilities vis-à-vis colleagues, customers, guests, suppliers, shareholders, authorities and the world at large.

The Code in short:

We encourage any employee with concerns or questions about the code of ethics and business conduct to discuss directly with their supervisor. If the supervisor is involved or will not act, this can and should be reported to the highest supervisor responsible.

Additionally, Rezidor recognizes that an employee may wish to anonymously report serious or sensitive concerns regarding the code or a possible breach of the code. Therefore we have selected Ethics Point to receive these reports and ensure that they are swiftly brought to the attention of the appropriate person or persons in the Rezidor Hotel Group.

To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
