Silicon Labs’ Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the “Code”) is designed to promote solid ethical and legal conduct. The Code includes guidelines addressing the ethical handling of actual or potential conflicts of interest, compliance with laws, accurate financial reporting, and procedures for promoting compliance with, and reporting violations of, the Code.

Every person, regardless of position, has an ethical responsibility to help enforce this Code. You should be alert to possible violations and report them to supervisors, managers or other appropriate personnel. You may seek guidance from the Legal Department in applying the Code to a particular fact case.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
