If you witness behaviour that seems to violate our Code of Conduct or policies, it is your obligation to report promptly any alleged misconduct. The Kerry Group Employee Concerns Disclosure Policy ensures that you can freely voice concerns without intimidation or fear or retribution.
You may use the confidential Voice a Concern Ethics Hotline – on-line or by telephone – in more than 100 languages, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In some countries, privacy laws limit use of this hotline to concerns related to finance, auditing, accounting, banking and anti-bribery matters. In these countries, please contact your manager/supervisor, local HR representative or Internal Audit.
Concerns are routed automatically to the appropriate Kerry parties for investigation. Investigators are trained, specific individuals charged with evaluating the report based on the topic and country. Under no circumstances will an individual implicated in a report be involved in investigation. If you report a concern anonymously, your report will be logged with a unique ID that you can use to check on its status later without providing personal contact information.
