Danfoss Ethics Hotline

Danfoss has made it possible to report any suspected unethical conduct, such as illegal activities and violations of Danfoss' internal standards. If you are a Danfoss employee, business partner or in any way connected to Danfoss, you are welcome to use the Danfoss Ethics Hotline to report any suspected unethical conduct.

To ensure the professional handling of such reports of unethical conduct, Danfoss has partnered with Navex Global, that runs EthicsPoint. EthicsPoint will receive your report either via the Internet or by telephone. Your report will then be forwarded to the Danfoss Ethics Committee, which consists of Danfoss' General Counsel and the Corporate Ethics & Compliance Officer. The Ethics Committee will then approve and monitor all subsequent handling of your reported concern(s).

If you wish to register a complaint regarding the processing of your personal information, you can consult your immediate supervisor, HR or your local Data Protection Officer.

Regardless of whether you are employed at Danfoss or have a different connection to our company, you can also use the form on this homepage to file a complaint with the Ethics Hotline regarding the processing of your personal information.

Your complaint will be handled in accordance with the Ethics Hotline's case management procedure. The Danfoss Group Data Protection Office will also be involved in the handling of the matter.

You can feel secure whenever you contact the Ethics Hotline. A report made in good faith will never result in negative consequences for you or be met with reprisal. However, the Ethics Hotline must not be misused, and baseless reports that have been made to harm or discredit a coworker or a third party may lead to disciplinary sanctions or legal action.

The information you provide will always be treated strictly confidentially. We also accept anonymous referrals, which will be handled in the same way as all other communication.

All personal data will be handled in accordance with the applicable rules regarding the individual's integrity, and will only be used in connection with handling the reported matter. If you have a general question concerning Danfoss’ handling of personal information, you are welcome to contact Danfoss Group Data Protection at GDPO@danfoss.com.

We value your support and cooperation in helping Danfoss develop as a company that takes ethical matters seriously – regardless of how you are connected to the organization. You can find more information about Danfoss' ethical profile in the Danfoss Ethics Handbook.

If you as a Danfoss employee do not suspect a concrete violation but have questions regarding the company's ethical guidelines, you can contact the AskUs function via e-mail at Askus@danfoss.com, or by phone at + 45 74 88 77 77.
