To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

Integrity is maintained by operating our worldwide business in accordance with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with all applicable laws. In order to ensure that we conduct our business in accordance with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with all applicable laws, the Enovis Corporation Board of Directors has adopted the Enovis Corporation Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the “Code”). The Code applies to all Enovis Corporation business units in all countries and applies to all Associates of Enovis Corporation throughout the world.

Any Enovis Associate who becomes aware of any existing or potential violation of the Code, Company policy, or, applicable law, may report such violation by notifying his or her supervisor, local Human Resources Manager, by contacting the toll-free Enovis Corporation Ethics Hotline as instructed below, or, by completing an on-line report at www.ethicspoint.com. Because the Company values your input, we have selected EthicsPoint to provide the Company with an anonymous and confidential method to become aware of actual or threatened violations of the Code, Company policy or applicable law. Associates raising, in good faith, issues relating to employee or corporate misconduct can rest assured their concerns will be taken seriously and will be promptly investigated.

Moreover, Associates need not fear retaliation, as the Company does not tolerate any form of retaliation for reporting existing or potential violations of the Code, Company policy, or applicable law or regulation. Any person who is found to have engaged in retaliatory conduct may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including, where appropriate and legally permissible, termination of employment.
