After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

Any Colfax Associate who becomes aware of any existing or potential violation of the Code, Company policy, or, applicable law, may report such violation by notifying his or her supervisor, local Human Resources Manager, by contacting the toll-free Colfax Corporation Ethics Hotline as instructed below, or, by completing an on-line report at www.ethicspoint.com. Because the Company values your input, we have selected EthicsPoint to provide the Company with an anonymous and confidential method to become aware of actual or threatened violations of the Code, Company policy or applicable law. Associates raising, in good faith, issues relating to employee or corporate misconduct can rest assured their concerns will be taken seriously and will be promptly investigated.
