Flathead Electric Cooperative has built its strong reputation on three words; community, integrity, reliability. It’s the foundation that keeps Flathead Electric striving to reach the highest pinnacles of our business. We take great pride in providing a safe and productive place to work for our employees.
With that in mind, we have partnered with EthicsPoint to provide you, the employee, with an anonymous and confidential avenue to report your concerns, suggestions or reports of misconduct. The information that you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint in a strictly anonymous matter. While we as Management hope that you would feel comfortable enough to speak with us directly about your concerns, we understand that some issues are more sensitive than others and we hope this confidential reporting system will aid in your decision to bring forth such issues. Your input is very valuable to us and it is our goal to keep operating at the highest ethical and legal standards.
Thank you for your support in continuing to make Flathead Electric a company that we can all be proud to call our own.
