Our Commitment

Light and Wonder takes great pride in having earned the trust of our customers and the business community in which we work. We are committed to winning business through honest competition in the marketplace. We function in a highly regulated environment serving both Government and corporate customers across the globe and this presents unique challenges and opportunities to demonstrate that the trust we have earned through our superior products and services is well-founded. However, a reputation built over years can be lost through a single careless, unethical act.

Our Code of Conduct sets forth the values and standards to which all of us at Light & Wonder, Inc. (Light & Wonder) are committed. If you discover events of a questionable, fraudulent or illegal nature that are, or that you believe in good faith may be, in violation of law, the guidelines set forth in our Code of Conduct (available for review by clicking on the link on this website), or other Company policy, you should report the matter immediately to your supervisor, someone in management, or the Chief Compliance Officer at 1-702-532-5387 or mfries@lnw.com.

In addition, you may call the Light & Wonder Business Hot Line, which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at 1-888-475-9507 or you may file a report on this website. To the extent permitted by law, you may choose to remain anonymous in reporting any possible violation of this Code to the Chief Compliance Officer or by calling the hotline or using the website at LnW.ethicspoint.com. To help preserve anonymity, the hotline and this website are operated by a third-party provider. Any supervisor or manager who receives a report of a violation of this Code must immediately inform the Chief Compliance Officer.

All reports of alleged violations of the law or our code will be promptly and thoroughly investigated, as appropriate, and all information disclosed during the course of the investigation will remain confidential, except as necessary to conduct the investigation and take any remedial action, in accordance with applicable law.

No discrimination or retaliation will be tolerated against any person who, in good faith, reports such concerns.
