Our Commitment

Pearson College is committed to a safe and respectful experience, free from harassment for every individual. We value responsibility, integrity and openness, and our written policies contain guidelines for conducting business within the highest possible standards of ethics.

In situations where you prefer to make an anonymous report, you have an option:

EthicsPoint is a telephone and online-based reporting system, hosted by an independent third party. It provides an anonymous method for anyone, including current and former students, faculty, staff and community members to report behavior of College employees or other individuals associated with the College that is illegal, unethical, a violation of safety regulations, fraudulent, an abuse of College property, a misuse of College funds, substance abuse or other conduct that violates Pearson College’s policies. EthicsPoint, used by colleges and universities around the world, is contractually committed to not pursue a caller’s identity.

We encourage you to use the EthicsPoint resource to submit reports relating to suspected violations of our written standards and policies, to seek guidance relating to policies and procedures, and to provide positive suggestions. While anyone is free to use EthicsPoint, it is not meant to be a substitute for existing methods at Pearson College for resolving conflict or issues as outlined in College policies.

The information you provide will be sent by EthicsPoint only to designated individuals at Pearson College on a totally confidential and anonymous basis. (You have an option to identify yourself, if you wish, but it is not mandatory.)

You have our guarantee that your comments will be heard.

Please see the EthicsPoint FAQs for more information.
