Our Commitment

The University of St. Thomas is committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards in all of its business practices. It accepts responsibility for the stewardship of resources and private support it receives, which enables the University to pursue its mission and strategic objectives.

Because of this commitment to ethical standards, the University has selected EthicsPoint to provide the University with an anonymous and confidential method to hear your concerns or reports of suspected improper conduct. You may file an anonymous report through this site or by calling 888-258-3176

If faculty, staff, applicants for employment, students or other constituents prefer to file a report with a University Administrator rather than using the hotline, they may contact a University Administrator directly. Please see the Administrator listing for an appropriate person to contact to file your complaint or concern.

All protected disclosures, whether made through the University hotline, or directly to an administrator, are covered under the University's Whistleblower and Non-Retaliation Policy. This policy prohibits retaliation against you for making a good faith report or inquiry.

All reports submitted through this site or through the hotline will be carefully reviewed by University of St. Thomas personnel. After completing your report, you will be assigned a unique code, or report key. Please return to this website within 3-5 business days of filing a report using your unique code. The University may have information on your report, or may require further information from you in order to proceed with an investigation.
