The Accendra Health Code of Honor and Apria Code of Ethical Business Conduct provide the foundation and framework for making sound legal and ethical choices. Every teammate is responsible for obeying the law, acting in an ethical manner, and reporting suspected misconduct. The web-based reporting system and toll-free hotline number are two methods available to teammates for seeking guidance or reporting conduct that may be illegal, unethical, or otherwise inconsistent with our Codes. Reports of compliance concerns can be submitted confidentially and anonymously. Your web-based report or hotline call will be routed initially to EthicsPoint, an independent, third-party host for the Compliance Hotline. It will then be promptly forwarded by EthicsPoint to the appropriate compliance personnel at Accendra Health for review and investigation.

All calls to the Compliance Hotline will remain anonymous unless the caller provides identifying information. Accendra Health does not tolerate retaliation against teammates who report suspected misconduct in good faith.
