Our commitment to “Doing What’s Right” is set forth in the RBI Code of Business Ethics and Conduct. The Code also contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics.

Being accountable means that each of us is responsible for ensuring that our business is conducted with honesty, integrity and the highest ethical standards. This means that all suspected or known violations of the Code, Company policy or the law must be reported. Employees are encouraged to report any violations to their manager, People Business Partner, the Company’s Chief Compliance Officer or a lawyer in the Legal Department.

In situations where it is preferable or necessary to provide an anonymous report in confidence, the Company encourages the use of this hotline, hosted by a third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. If requested, the information provided to EthicsPoint will be sent to the Company by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis.

To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
