Being accountable means that each of us is responsible for ensuring that our business is conducted with honesty, integrity and the highest ethical standards. This means that all suspected or known violations of the Code, Company policy or the law must be reported. Employees are encouraged to report any violations to their manager, People Business Partner, the Company’s Chief Compliance Officer or a lawyer in the Legal Department.
In situations where it is preferable or necessary to provide an anonymous report in confidence, the Company encourages the use of this hotline, hosted by a third-party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. If requested, the information provided to EthicsPoint will be sent to the Company by EthicsPoint on a totally confidential and anonymous basis.
