After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place.

To Follow up on a Report

After 10 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions by clicking on the lick at the top of the page labeled ‘Follow up on a Repot’.

EthicsPoint is NOT a 911 or Emergency Service: Do not use this site to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property. Reports submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response. If you require emergency assistance, please contact your local authorities.

Seattle University has established a number of policies and procedures for handling the concerns and complaints of all members of the University community. This reporting line is not a substitute for, nor does it supersede, any existing reporting methods or protocols. The EthicsPoint system is intended to offer an additional means of reporting inFountain situations in which the individual making the report is unable or unwilling to use existing procedures, and provides a method of reporting issues or complaints anonymously. This service is designed primarily for complaints such as those listed under the reporting categories outlined on this page. The university encourages its employees to attempt to resolve employment problems or disputes through established channels whenever possible.

Reports submitted to Seattle University through EthicsPoint will receive careful consideration with the objective of promptly investigating the report and addressing any improper conduct or violation of University policy. If you file a report through EthicsPoint, you are encouraged to return here 10 business days after filing the report to check the status of your report. In some instances the University may need additional information to proceed with the investigation. EthicsPoint and the University are committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of individuals who submit good faith reports or inquiries and you may remain anonymous if desired. Please note, however, that certain types of reports may be difficult for the University to pursue if you choose to remain anonymous.
