To Make a Report

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:
  • Dial toll-free, within the United States:

    OR

  • Select the "Make a Report" link at the top of this web page.
This process is not intended to replace or supersede normal managerial and Human Resources communication channels.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

EthicsPoint is NOT a 911 or Emergency Service:
Do not use this site to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property. Reports submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response. If you require emergency assistance, please contact your local authorities.

The Liberty Public School District encourages employees, parents, students, and the public to report criminal, unethical, and other inappropriate behaviors  within the Liberty Public School District that violate the law or School District policy.

The School District has selected EthicsPoint to provide you with simple, risk-free ways to anonymously and confidentially report  potential breaches.  You may file a report by using this site or by dialing toll-free 877-213-0989.

The Audit & Finance Commitee, Board of Education, and Administration of the Liberty Public School District value your input. Reports submitted through EthicsPoint will be handled promptly and discreetly.  No retaliatory action will be taken against anyone reporting or inquiring in good faith about potential breaches of the School District's policies or seeking guidance on how to handle suspected breaches.
