At Gavilon, we take responsibility for preserving and enhancing the company’s reputation and striving to abide by the highest principles of ethics, honor and respect for others.   • Theft, fraud or any other form of dishonesty;
  • Harassment or discrimination;
  • Accounting or financial irregularities;
  • On-the-job drug or alcohol abuse;
  • Violence or threatening behavior; and
  • Violations of laws, regulations, policies or procedures.

Gavilon will protect employees who report, in good faith, what they reasonably believe to be a violation of state or federal law, or conditions or practices that put the health or safety of employees at risk. No employee will be discharged, threatened or discriminated against for reporting what he or she perceives to be a wrongdoing.

The company offers a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading to the arrest and indictment of any person responsible for acts of felony theft or fraudulent practices against Gavilon or its subsidiaries, or information which leads to the recovery of property stolen from Gavilon or its subsidiaries.
