As the nation’s 340 B Prime Vendor, Apexus is committed to safeguarding its reputation as an ethically responsible and transparent company.
To achieve this goal, Apexus has developed a comprehensive Business Conduct, Compliance and Ethics Program (the Program). The Program enriches our company by creating a foundation for our business performance, providing clear guidance to our employees and serving as a roadmap to reduce our level of risk. Two key components of this program are our Standards of Business Conduct and the Compliance Hotline.Christopher Hatwig President, Apexus LLC
Apexus is committed to open communication with employees as it relates to ethical and legal issues. All employees are required to report any potential legal or ethical wrongdoing to their supervisor, management, or the Legal or Compliance Departments. Employees are encouraged to ask questions if they have any concerns about compliance with law, the Standards of Business Conduct, or applicable Policies and Procedures. Remaining silent about an issue prevents Apexus from addressing the situation and may potentially subject the company to liability.
Apexus is committed to thoroughly investigating every inquiry and complaint an employee makes. Each complaint will be fully investigated on the merits and, depending on the results of the investigation, appropriate action will be taken.
To help ensure employees are comfortable reporting concerns, Apexus, prohibits harassment of, or retaliation against, any employee or other person who, in good faith, reports a known or suspected violation of law or company policies.
