Our Commitment

This site is only for use by NAEYC Staff in order to report concerns associated with NAEYC’s Whistleblower policy. To report complaints about NAEYC accredited early childhood education programs (or programs seeking accreditation), please visit https://www.naeyc.org/accreditation/early-learning/feedback.

NAEYC’s mission is to serve and act on behalf of the needs, rights and well-being of all young children with primary focus on the provision of educational and developmental services and resources. NAEYC believes that its mission is best accomplished by a commitment to maintaining a strong culture of legal compliance, ethical integrity, and trustworthiness in the conduct of our business practices.

If you are aware of a suspected or actual violation of NAEYC code, policy or other wrongdoing by others or a possible violation of federal, state law or regulations, including violations relating to fraudulent or negligent accounting, misappropriation or misuse of resources/funds, conflict of interest, breaches of confidentiality, harassment or discrimination, safety or security hazards or theft, please feel free to report them here or through the other reporting procedures described in the NAEYC Whistleblower Policy.

NAEYC’s Governing Board and management value your input. That is why we have selected Ethics Point to provide us with an anonymous and/or confidential method to hear your suggestions, concerns or report of misconduct. Please note that you have the ability to report anonymously; by doing so, we will be unable to follow up with you directly for clarification or to inform you of any results. The information that you provide will be sent to NAEYC by Ethics Point on a confidential and anonymous basis. As set forth in our Whistleblower Policy and Code of Ethics, NAEYC maintains a policy of non-retaliation against persons reporting concerns in good faith.
