Monroe Community College (MCC) is committed to ensuring that our college community is governed in an ethical and honest manner, and that we are compliant with all applicable regulations. Consistent with this responsibility MCC along with the MCC Foundation, and MCC Association has selected EthicsPoint to provide a simple, anonymous reporting system, the MCC Ethics Hotline.
MCC considers employee concerns and those of other members of the college community to be very important and desires your cooperation in resolving such issues. The MCC Ethics Hotline is intended to provide the college community with a method to confidentially report activities that may be unethical or inappropriate in violation of policies or applicable regulations or contractual obligations. You can also use existing college protocol and reporting methods by directly contacting appropriate members of the college management team.
The college, foundation, and association strongly encourage the MCC community to report concerns directly through normal lines of communication or by using the MCC Ethics Hotline. To file a report using the MCC Ethics Hotline go to the appropriate reporting category on this web site or call toll-free at 877-237-8216.
Reports submitted via the MCC Ethics Hotline will be handled promptly, discretely, and dealt with in the appropriate manner. No retaliatory action will be taken against anyone for reporting or inquiring in good faith about potential breaches of policies, or regulations, or contractual obligations. Employees and the college community are expected to use good judgment in the use of this reporting system.
