Mission Fed Credit Union is committed to the highest possible standards of integrity, ethical conduct, and accountability as outlined in our Code of Conduct. Mission Fed employees are encouraged to visit the HUB for additional policy resources.

We encourage anyone with good faith concerns about any conduct at Mission Fed to voice those concerns.

Mission Fed has multiple communication channels for reporting information. You can contact Mission Fed Management or Mission Fed Human Resources Department at 800-500-6328. You can also use this hotline, hosted by a third-party provider called EthicsPoint, as a secure and confidential method to report your concerns. Your identity will be protected, except as necessary for the investigation or when disclosure is required by law. Anonymous reports will be accepted but may inhibit investigations in some situations.

After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 3-5 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions. If an email address is provided, an email notification will be sent to you with instructions when a communication has been posted to the site.
