To Make a Report

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

TU guarantees that all reports submitted via Ethics Point will be handled promptly and discreetly. NO retaliatory action will be taken against anyone for reporting or inquiring about potential breeches of TU's policies or procedures or for seeking guidance on how to handle suspected breeches.

The Ethics Point reporting System is not a substitute for existing reporting channels, already established by TU. The University has elected to provide this service as an additional means of reporting, where maintaining the reporter’s anonymity and confidentiality is important. TU encourages reporters to first attempt to resolve problems or disputes through established communication channels whenever possible.

Please Note: After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "Report Key". Write down your Report Key and Password and keep them in a safe place. After 5 business days, use your Report Key and Password to check your report for feedback or questions.
