Welcome to Cobham’s Helpline

Our vision is to create a strong ethical culture to protect Cobham’s reputation by empowering people to act correctly and to do the right thing. Part of this strategy is to encourage reporting as an early detection system and identify issues allowing steps to be taken to respond to situations to prevent them reoccurring or becoming serious.

Cobham has high ethical standards for conducting our business. Cobham’s Code of Business Conduct provides guidance as to the type of behaviour that is expected of every employee. If you believe someone has violated our standards, we want you to tell us so that we can look into the matter and correct any problems. If you have a question or concern about potential misconduct, there are many resources available to help you. You can talk to your manager, supervisor, Human Resources, your Sector Ethics Officer or Business Ethics & Compliance Officer (BECO) or another member of management. We also encourage you to use this Helpline as a resource to ask questions, seek guidance or report any suspected misconduct.

We believe that our employees are our most important asset. By creating open channels of communication, we can promote a positive work environment and maximise productivity. An effective reporting system will supplement our other efforts to foster a culture of integrity and good ethical decision-making.

The Helpline is operated by Navex Inc, an independent third party, and uses the EthicsPoint system designed for employees to be able to report any violation of our stated Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Policies or other concern.

The Helpline is not provided as a method of raising employee grievances where there are already established procedures to deal with such issues. Of course, if you are uncertain it is always better to raise your concern by the method you feel most comfortable with and it will be dealt with appropriately.
