Cedar Crest College's Commitment

Cedar Crest College is committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct for all members of the campus community as stated in the honor code within the Student Handbook and the Business Conduct policy within the Staff and Faculty Handbooks.

As part of this commitment, the College has selected an outside consultant, EthicsPoint, to provide an anonymous way to confidentially report situations that need to be brought to the College's attention that cannot be resolved through normal reporting policies and procedures. Reports submitted to EthicsPoint will be forwarded to the proper College office or to the Board of Trustees for investigation and appropriate action. Confidential replies will be posted to the website for your individual access.

Persons making the reports are not required to provide their names. No member of the College community will be subject to retaliation for making a report or inquiry in good faith or for seeking guidance on dealing with suspected improper behavior.

PLEASE NOTE: THE SERVICE DOES NOT REPLACE EXISTING POLICIES FOR DEALING WITH ROUTINE CONCERNS. PLEASE CONSULT EXISTING FACULTY, STAFF AND STUDENT HANDBOOKS AS APPROPRIATE PRIOR TO FILING YOUR CONCERNS THROUGH ETHICSPOINT.
