TELL US YOUR CONCERN (WHISTLEBLOWER) HOTLINE

Our values and commitments

In the COWI Group, doing the right thing, always, is our overarching value and expresses the core of who we are and how we want to be.

In addition to that, complying with statutory regulation as well exercising a high level of ethics and integrity is our top priority.

To meet these fundamental standards, it is important that we learn of any potential misconduct and incompliant behaviour, and that we put a stop to it.

Our Tell us your concern (whistleblower) hotline offers enables employees, partners and other stakeholders to speak up and report any such behaviour in COWI and Arkitema.

Making a report

This web site is set up by an independent third party, Ethics Point, to ensure the highest level of security and confidentiality for those wanting to submit a report through the Tell us your concern (whistleblower) hotline. Reports and questions submitted through EthicsPoint are confidential and kept separate from COWI Group servers.

Reporters decide for themselves whether they wish to give their names or submit their report anonymously; however, we encourage you to provide your name and contact details, as this will make it easier for us to address your concern.

You can track your report and response online via EthicsPoint, using your personal access code.

Our Tell us your concern
guideline

Please refer to Tell us your concern guideline – see link on this page – if you have any questions regarding the scope, extent and process of the Tell us your concern program in general, including this (whistleblower) hotline.

Arkitema and COWI sincerely appreciate your time and effort.

File a report

After you complete your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a 'report key.' Write down your report key and your chosen password and keep them in a safe place. Use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions from COWI.
