You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:
After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
Kishwaukee College is committed to maintaining the highest standards of conduct and ethics. Toward that end, the College will investigate possible fraudulent or dishonest use or misuse of College resources or property by faculty, staff, administrators, or volunteers. The College will take appropriate action against anyone found to have engaged in fraudulent or dishonest conduct, including disciplinary action by the College, and/or civil and criminal prosecution when warranted.

Ethicspoint is a company that manages a comprehensive Internet and telephone based reporting tool that assists the College and its employees and community members in working together to address fraud, abuse, misconduct, and other violations in the workplace.
