All reports submitted via EthicsPoint will be handled promptly and discreetly and forwarded to the University for review and appropriate action. No person will be subject to retaliation, retribution, or reprisal for making a good faith report of or seeking guidance regarding a potential, known, or suspected violation of University policies or its Code of Conduct.
The EthicsPoint reporting System is not a substitute for existing reporting channels already established by the University and the University encourages the use of those existing channels, especially those tailored to oversee the specific matter of concern. Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science has elected to make this service available In order to provide two additional means of reporting, where there is uncertainty regarding the existing reporting channel or for other good reason, such as a desire to maintain anonymity. The goal of providing these alternative means of reporting is to eliminate the barriers that might otherwise inhibit or prevent good faith reports.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
