After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

The Service Companies has chosen EthicsPoint to provide our employees, with a simple, anonymous and confidential way to report activities that are unethical, illegal and/or a violation of The Service Companies Code of Ethics and Accountability. The process also allows for the safeguarding of customer property assets.

The use of EthicsPoint in conjunction with our Code of Ethics and Accountability is yet another significant philosophical difference in the way we operate. It is these philosophical differences that make The Service Companies the leading Outsourced Hospitality Provider.

It is your responsibility as an employee of The Services Company to become familiar with our Code of Ethics and Accountability and to know what is expected of you as one of our Faces of Quality.

Reports through the website and the hotline (866-326-4571) will be forwarded by EthicsPoint to the appropriate Director or Vice President of Human Resources at The Service Companies. All reports will be followed up within 7 days and your identity will remain anonymous. The Services Companies may request that EthicsPoint receive further information from you to complete our investigation.

We will not retaliate against any employee who reports an issue or cooperates in an investigation with good faith. Should any employee knowingly submit a false or misleading report, that employee may be subject to disciplinary action.

Investigations that substantiate reported violations through EthicsPoint will result in disciplinary or corrective action up to and including termination. The toll free number and the website should not be used for day to day questions and is also not a substitute for 911 during an emergency situation.

Please remember that our reporting process starts with you reporting issues to your supervisor or Project Manager. If you do not feel comfortable doing so, or if you feel you have not received an appropriate response please call the hotline or file a report using the website.
